About the project

Public website and admin portal for Fondation Le Baluchon, where I served as vice-president. The portal manages members, membership fees, funding requests and the annual general meeting.

Highlights

  • Member and per-cycle membership-fee management, with CSV export.
  • Online funding requests, tracked by the committee up to the amount voted at the meeting.
  • Annual general meeting: quorum computed from members in good standing, with email reminders.
  • Public pages editable from the portal: mission, membership, privacy policy.
  • Personal-data access requests and privacy-policy version history (Québec Law 25).
  • Spam protection: honeypot, time trap, per-IP throttling and reCAPTCHA.
